Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

As part of a rapidly growing engineering team, we are looking to hire Senior Software Engineers to contribute to our dynamic and innovative projects. We are looking for someone who is ready for the challenge, is solutions-oriented, and thinks out of the box. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for UI and APIs using tools such as Robot and Playwright.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand the application architecture and develop appropriate test strategies.
  • Identify, record, and document bugs thoroughly and track them through resolution.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.
  • Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure high-quality software releases by performing thorough testing and validation.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation.


To be successful you will need to have

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, proven experience as an Automation Tester.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools such as Robot, Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins or Github.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
