We're now expanding our product team to accelerate product-led growth and are hiring a Product Growth Manager to lead the charge.
Job Overview
As the Product Growth Manager for Reap Direct, you will be responsible for driving user activation, engagement, and retention through data-informed product changes and experimentation.
You will work across product, data, engineering, and CX teams to identify key friction points in the user journey and develop strategies to improve conversion, usage, and long-term value. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about growth loops, and understands how product design impacts user behavior.
You will report directly to the Product Lead and play a key role in shaping the growth strategy for one of Reap’s most critical product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Reap Direct's activation, engagement, and retention metrics, from onboarding to first transaction and beyond
- Identify and address key drop-off points in the user journey through qualitative and quantitative insights
- Define and execute product experiments (e.g., A/B tests, in-product messaging, onboarding flows) to improve core funnel metrics
- Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-impact growth features and iterations
- Partner with the CX and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and optimal user engagement across all touchpoints
- Use data tools such as Mixpanel, Metabase, or equivalent to measure results and surface new opportunities
- Drive adoption of newly released features through lifecycle communication and UI improvements
- Develop and maintain a structured backlog of growth opportunities prioritized by impact and feasibility
What a Great Candidate Looks Like
- 3–5 years of experience in a Product Growth, Product Management, or Growth Marketing role in a tech-driven company
- Proven ability to design, execute, and scale product-led growth experiments
- Strong grasp of product analytics tools and frameworks (e.g., Mixpanel, SQL, funnel analysis)
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of cross-functional execution
- A user-centric mindset with a sharp eye for improving user experience and reducing friction
- Ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations
- Comfortable with fast iteration cycles, ambiguity, and outcome-driven thinking
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or Web3-native products
- Exposure to B2B product-led growth strategies and pricing experimentation
- Familiarity with Reap’s core customer profiles (Web3 projects, startups, globally distributed teams)
- Experience with onboarding tool integrations, e.g., Navattic, Appcues, Intercom
- Background in user research, behavioral psychology, or UX writing
