- Spearhead complex, cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders across Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to ensure operational readiness and successful launches in new markets.
- Oversee and potentially support the initial hiring and onboarding strategy for local teams in new geographies.
- Serve as a key internal expert on international market trends (fintech, payments, crypto regulation), providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Design and champion scalable business processes and operational systems optimised for global markets.
You Might Be a Fit If:
- You have a proven track record ( 6+ years ) of leading complex, strategic initiatives from inception to completion in fast-paced environments (e.g., top-tier consulting, finance/investment banking, corporate strategy, or business operations/expansion roles in high-growth tech).
- You excel at strategic thinking, structuring ambiguous problems, utilising data and first principles to develop actionable recommendations, and setting direction.
- You have extensive experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and formulating market entry strategies.
- You possess outstanding project management skills and a demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams through influence.
