We are seeking a PR Communications Manager to lead our public relations and communication initiatives on a global scale. This role will be critical in shaping Reap's narrative, growing our market thought leadership, and building our founders profiles. You will work closely with Reap co-founders and management team.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement public relations strategies to promote Reap's products, people, values, and culture globally
• Execute guerilla tactics to secure media coverage with journalists, influencers, and industry analysts in targeted countries and global media
• Create engaging press materials, customer storytelling, award submissions across multiple countries globally
• Work with our executives to build their profiles into industry thought leaders
• Manage crisis communication plans and internal communications
• Responsible for key stakeholders media training
• Measure and track the impact of PR campaigns, share of voice and competitive noise
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams on event media activities and customer stories

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in public relations, communications, or marketing, preferably in the fintech, web3 or technology industry
• Experience in crafting PR strategies for global audiences and understanding diverse markets, industry segments and cultural nuances
• Demonstrated ability executing guerrilla marketing tactics to secure media coverage
• Network of global and/or regional media relations
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages in English, with a secondary language a plus
• Experience in using AI tools for marketing communications
• Familiarity with data driven approach with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software
• Based in Hong Kong or Singapore
