We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to work hand-in-hand with our marketing and product teams in driving product awareness, adoption, and engagement through understanding market requirements, user needs and pain points, and Reap’s value proposition and USP’s.

Responsibilities
- Improve the user experience of Reap products for developers and businesses
- Work closely with product management, sales, marketing and customer success teams on market insights, customer requirements, GTM, product launches and marketing campaigns
- Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences for sales & marketing across different countries globally
- Provide training and create collateral for sales teams such as playbooks, guides, use cases and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, growth hacking or pre-sales in the web3, fintech or SaaS industries
- Knowledgeable in corporate credit cards, payments, stablecoin and/or blockchain technologies
- Creative ability to innovate and differentiate Reap’s products to stand out from competitors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill technical information into clear and simple messaging
- Demonstrated use of AI in product marketing
- Ability to work collaboratively across product, marketing and sales teams in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
- Based in Hong Kong or Singapore
