What you’ll do:
- Use your experience in payment lifecycles to be the primary technical point of contact, guiding clients through the entire implementation process. Foster trust and rapport with clients to ensure their success. Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design optimal technical solutions. Lead the technical implementation process, get hands to ensure seamless integration. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, minimising impact to the project.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, clearly communicating timelines, milestones, and potential challenges. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and internal systems.
- Provide technical support and triage incidents effectively. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to empower the team and customers.
- Clearly articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Manage expectations and build consensus among internal and external senior stakeholders and decision makers.
- A champion for cross-functional collaboration, you foster open communication and knowledge sharing across teams to drive process improvements and continually improve our internal workflows.
- Analyse customer feedback to drive product enhancements and improve our services.
What’ll you’ll need to be successful:
- Business level English and Mandarin (non-negotiable)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline or 5 years of equivalent work experience in a technical role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from inception to completion.
- Experience in the card and payment industry, with deep knowledge of payment lifecycles.
- Experience with relevant programming languages and database querying techniques, enhancing your ability to understand and address technical issues comprehensively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a methodical approach to dissecting complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate tracking and management of technical enquiries and resolutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams fostering a cooperative and productive working environment.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, always prioritising the customer’s needs and ensuring their success with the product.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, quickly adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
