Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to help drive the future of Reap Direct, our all-in-one B2B financial platform. Reap Direct enables companies to issue corporate credit cards, manage business spend, send cross-border payments, and operate with crypto or fiat, all through an intuitive self-serve interface. You’ll take ownership of a scope within the platform, with particular focus on creating scalable, delightful financial workflows that empower modern companies to grow with confidence.

This role is for someone who thrives on end-to-end ownership, from strategy and discovery to detailed execution, and loves working across a mix of products, customer types, and surfaces (mobile, web, API).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap for Reap Direct, aligning with Reap’s broader goals and user segments, from crypto-native startups to scaling mid-market teams and larger enterprises.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, growth, and CX to bring powerful features to life across Cards, Pay, Expense Management, and Treasury modules.
• Customer Insight & Discovery: Lead research and discovery to deeply understand customer needs across diverse use cases (off-ramping, multi-entity spend control, treasury movement, etc.).
• Product Development: Drive product delivery in agile cycles, prioritize ruthlessly, and ensure high-quality outputs with a strong sense of speed and iteration.
• User Experience: Champion user-centric design and simplify complex financial workflows — from onboarding/KYB to managing payments and spend limits.
• Performance Metrics: Define success, track usage and retention, and use data to constantly improve product outcomes and user activation.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the connective tissue between teams, making sure internal priorities and external feedback are translated into clear product plans.
• Regulatory Compliance: Partner with legal and compliance to ensure new features meet relevant financial and regional requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with at least 2 in fintech, SaaS, or platforms combining UX and infrastructure.
• Proven track record shipping complex B2B features across web and mobile.
• Comfortable with technical products, APIs, and data, you don’t need to write code, but you do need to speak “engineer.”
• Strong grasp of user-centric design, with an obsession for simplifying complex flows.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with rapid iteration and experimentation.
• Exceptional communication skills, crisp, clear, and compelling with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have

• Deep curiosity about stablecoins and payments infrastructure.
• Experience in early-stage startups or scaling organizations, ideally across multiple markets or regulatory environments.
• Exposure to AI-powered user experiences or automation in ops-heavy products.
• Understanding of card network mechanics, treasury flows, or expense management software.
