The Role
The Analyst role plays a key part in driving Reap’s growth and is embedded within the Business Operations team, which manages our global ecosystem of financial institutions, payment networks, fintechs, blockchains, liquidity and FX providers, and infrastructure partners. Operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you’ll blend analytical thinking with hands-on execution—solving business problems, analyzing data, and producing insights to support strategic decisions. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding new partners, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with Reap’s global expansion.
This role is a launchpad for high-impact opportunities across Reap, offering strong performers a clear path toward greater ownership, specialization, and leadership as they master the foundations.
You Will:
- Support partnership strategy execution by researching markets, identifying potential partners, and preparing briefing materials under senior guidance.
- Assist with partner evaluation and onboarding, including due diligence, documentation, and tracking progress through to launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs (legal, compliance, product, finance) to ensure smooth partnership implementation.
- Prepare partner-facing materials that communicate Reap’s business model and value, ensuring alignment with go-to-market goals.
- Monitor partner performance metrics, flag risks, and contribute to internal reporting and dashboards.
- Support regulatory alignment efforts by tracking compliance requirements and preparing related documentation.
- Aid in managing partner relationships by analyzing performance data and contributing to optimization initiatives.
You might be a fit if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fintech, startup, or technology-driven company, ideally in a role involving partnerships, business analysis, or operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience translating business needs into strategic and analytical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across product, compliance, risk, finance, legal, and vendor management to drive outcomes.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Naturally curious and proactive; consistently stays ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform better decision-making.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to convey complex insights in a clear and actionable manner.
Nice to have:
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to shape features, prioritize roadmap items, and define business requirements.
This role can be based in Singapore or Hong Kong depending on the candidate's preference.
