Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager, Account Onboarding and Management (AOM) to lead the end-to-end journey of how users register, get verified, and manage their accounts on Reap. This role is critical to transforming onboarding to a scalable growth engine—building trust, reducing friction, and empowering our clients.
At Reap, we are building the next generation’s global financial infrastructure powered by stablecoins. As we expand into new regions and serve increasingly complex customers, the onboarding and account management experience must be world-class: seamless for users, scalable for our platform, and resilient against regulatory and security risks.
This role will partner closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Engineering, and Design to deliver unified, secure, and intuitive onboarding and account management experiences. From optimising Reap users’ onboarding journeys to shaping secure account permissions frameworks, you will play a pivotal role in how users onboard, operate, and grow with Reap.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and continuously optimize the onboarding experience, from account registration to KYC/KYB verification—reducing drop-off, improving conversion, and accelerating activation
- Champion user-centric, compliant product design, advocating for secure and seamless user experiences across all onboarding and account touchpoints
- Build and evolve world-class KYB/KYC services across interfaces, balancing regulatory rigor with intuitive user flows that reduce friction and time to first transaction
- Leverage data and experimentation to refine onboarding flows, reduce manual intervention, and improve operational KPIs.
- Develop internal tooling and review infrastructure to enhance Compliance team efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across jurisdictions
- Own the integration and performance management of 3rd-party KYB/KYC/AML vendors, including ID verification, registry checks, OCR, and risk scoring technologies
- Drive forward our platform’s enterprise-readiness, including support for complex org structures, multi-entity onboarding, and centralized administration
- Design and execute enterprise-ready account management capabilities, including permission management, role-based access, approval workflows, and audit logging.
- Build infrastructure for secure, scalable identity and access management, collaborating with Engineering and Security to safeguard sensitive client data
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth environments; experience with onboarding, access management, or compliance tooling is a strong plus
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, especially with Compliance, Legal, Security, and Engineering teams
- Astructured and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to break down complex workflows into scalable, repeatable product solutions
- A data-informed decision-maker, capable of defining and tracking metrics such as onboarding conversion, review accuracy, and activation time
- Excellent communication and product storytelling skills—able to rally teams around vision, priorities, and execution
- High adaptability, initiative, and comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- A passion for emerging technologies and automation, with a practical understanding of how to scale systems using ML/AI, APIs, and low-code tooling
