We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager based in Mexico or Brazil to lead our marketing efforts in the LATAM region.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies tailored to the LATAM market focusing on lead generation and building brand awareness.
- Creative and innovative marketing mindset to create guerrilla marketing plans that generate outsized customer and media interest.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, events, and direct marketing, with clear objectives and KPIs.
- Understand local market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the fintech industry to provide insights to headquarter teams.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the region.
- Plan and oversee local events, webinars, and conferences within plan and budget.
- Collaborate across functional teams including sales, product, and customer success.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, with a data-driven marketing mindset to plan strategies and optimize ROI.
- Willingness to travel within LATAM region to execute the marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in regional field marketing, preferably within the fintech, web3 or SaaS sectors. Having both B2B and B2C experience is a plus
- Fluent in English, and Spanish or Portuguese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mandarin speaking skill is a plus
- Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive engagement and stand out in the market
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail, and meeting budgets and tight deadlines
- Excellent vendor negotiation and management skills
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and planning
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in multiple countries in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Proficiency in using AI tools in marketing
- Based in Mexico or Brazil
