Zendesk Platform Engineer - Fintech | CX Tooling | Remote
Be Reap’s first Zendesk Engineer—build developer-first tooling, shape world-class CX ops, and grow with a fintech redefining global money movement. Remote APAC.
Who We Are
At Reap, we’re reimagining global financial infrastructure — building seamless, borderless money movement for modern businesses. As a leading payment technology provider, we connect traditional finance with digital assets to power the next generation of money movement.
Our suite of products — from stablecoin-enabled corporate cards to cross-border payouts and embedded finance APIs — helps companies scale faster, operate smarter, and stay in control.
Why This Role Matters
Customer Experience is core to Reap’s mission. To scale, we need powerful, automated, and compliant support workflows that integrate seamlessly with our fintech stack.
As a Zendesk Platform Engineer, you’ll architect and own our Zendesk ecosystem — building custom integrations, scaling automation, and ensuring regulatory-grade compliance. You’ll enable our CX teams to move faster, smarter, and more securely, all without heavy engineering dependency.
What You’ll Do
Build & Integrate → Design, build, and deploy custom Zendesk apps and integrations to centralize workflows across tools (e.g. Admin Dashboards, Slack bi-directional messaging, KYC flows).
Automate at Scale → Implement macros, triggers, workflows, and intelligent routing to streamline support and reduce manual overhead.
Integrate Compliance Partners → Own workflows with partners like Flagright, Jumio, and other regulatory tools, ensuring secure and auditable data handling.
Engineer for Reliability → Monitor performance, design for scalability, and proactively respond to alerts, system health, and platform maintenance.
Enable the Business → Document, train, and onboard internal teams — driving adoption of platform features and custom tooling.
Collaborate → Partner with CX leadership, Product, and Compliance teams to align platform evolution with business and regulatory needs.
