Reap is scaling rapidly, and our People team is at the core of that growth. We believe building a strong, connected, and engaged team is key to our success. As we grow in complexity and size, we’re looking for a People Operations Partner to join us and help knit together the various parts of our HR function, from strategy to day-to-day operations.

You’ll support initiatives across multiple regions, working hand-in-hand with our People Operations Lead and collaborating with specialists in Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Engagement. You’ll be the trusted go-to person across functions — someone who can spot what’s needed and step in without hesitation.
As Reap grows, this role will expand in scope and evolve with the company. That’s why we need someone who thrives in change, embraces ambiguity, and is driven to make a meaningful impact.

- High integrity and sound judgment. People trust you, and you handle sensitive matters with care and confidentiality.
- Must have knowledge in Fitness and Probity (F&P) Regime and the Individual Accountability Framework (IAF), including SEAR, and how they impact people practices in regulated financial services.

Need to Know
This role begins with a global focus — supporting people operations, engagement, and performance initiatives across all regions. At the same time, it requires a strong foundation in Irish and EU employment law and regulatory frameworks. Over time, you’ll take on increasing responsibility for ensuring compliance and people support across Ireland and the wider EU region, while balancing consistency with Reap’s global People practices.
As Reap continues to scale and take on new challenges, this role will evolve in scope — making adaptability and a growth mindset essential.
As with many roles in fast-growing teams, responsibilities may evolve over time. The ideal candidate is comfortable with change and open to taking on ad-hoc projects or additional responsibilities based on team needs and personal growth interests.
