Head of Marketing
About Reap
Reap is a global financial technology company headquartered in Hong Kong with employees across multiple countries. We enable financial connectivity and access for businesses worldwide by combining traditional finance with stablecoins for efficient money movement.
Through our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin-enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross-border payments.
Backed by leading investors including Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin-enabled finance.
Why Reap?
Reap is reaching a massive inflection point. After a landmark 2025 where we scaled our organization by 138% and delivered 8x year-over-year revenue growth, we are now accelerating our global footprint. This momentum is built on a foundation of trust and compliance, specifically through securing key regulatory milestones like the Major Payment Institution (MPI) license in Singapore and other pivotal authorizations across our expansion markets.
We are positioning ourselves as the category-defining financial infrastructure leader for the evolving stablecoin landscape. Our mission is to become the go-to regulated and stablecoin-native infrastructure for Web3 enterprises, providing the sophisticated financial solutions they need to scale. We are moving significantly deeper into the Web3 spectrum and championing the early adoption of new technologies to solve complex business challenges.
As our Head of Marketing, you will shape how this fast-growing leader is seen and chosen on the global stage. You will own the full marketing charter including Brand, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and PR, while partnering across the executive suite to influence the entire customer journey. If you want to own the narrative for the future of finance and define how a global infrastructure leader shows up in a crypto-native world, this is the place.
What You'll Do
Strategy and planning: Set the marketing strategy and quarterly plans across brand, demand, product marketing, and regional plus partner marketing. Align targets with the CRO and Sales.
Demand and lifecycle: Build a pipeline engine across SEO, content, paid, events, website conversion, and speed to lead. Build lifecycle and CRM programs with Product and CX to drive activation, engagement, and retention.
Product marketing and enablement: Define ICPs and messaging, run launches, own sales enablement, and operate a lightweight win-loss program that turns findings into actions for Product and Sales.
Brand and communications: Own PR and external communications, keep a consistent narrative across regions, and support founder and leadership storytelling.
Regional plus partner marketing: Own regional execution and co marketing plans in one roadmap, prioritize Asia and LATAM, localize for other priority regions, and tie programs to sourced pipeline.
Marketing operations and experimentation: Establish definitions, scoring, attribution, dashboards, and hygiene in HubSpot and analytics. Install an experimentation framework for ads, landing pages, and messaging with clear success criteria and weekly readouts.
Cross functional collaboration and team: Run a tight rhythm with Sales, Product, AM, CX, Partnerships, RevOps, Compliance, and People Ops. Upgrade the team, hire high bar talent, and partner with People Ops on employer brand.
