Senior Product Manager, Reap Pay
About Reap
Reap is a global financial technology company headquartered in Hong Kong with employees across multiple countries. We enable financial connectivity and access for businesses worldwide by combining traditional finance with stablecoins for efficient money movement.
Through our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin-enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross-border payments.
Backed by leading investors including Acorn Pacific, Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin-enabled finance.
Why Reap?
Reap Pay is one of Reap Direct's core offerings. This is a chance to take full ownership of a critical product domain that sits at the heart of how businesses move money globally.
This is not a surface-level payments role. You will work across customer experience, payment orchestration, ledger and reconciliation logic, operational workflows, and the infrastructure abstractions that make complex money movement feel clear and reliable to the user.
You won't be maintaining the status quo. You'll be shaping the payments experience end-to-end and partnering with the Reap Connect team to turn powerful infrastructure into products that business customers trust.
This role has a clear mandate, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on growth. If you want a space where your decisions actually move the needle, and where AI tools are part of your everyday toolkit, this is it.
Your Mission Awaits
Own the end-to-end payments product model for Reap Direct: Define how businesses initiate, track, manage, and reconcile payments across domestic, cross-border, fiat, and stablecoin-enabled flows. Own both the customer-facing experience and the underlying product logic that makes money movement reliable and understandable.
Turn infrastructure into robust payment products: Partner closely with Reap Connect and engineering to translate payment rails, partner capabilities, ledger events, APIs, and webhooks into clear workflows, scalable abstractions, and high-quality user experiences.
Drive operational excellence and abstract complexity for global businesses: Design payment experiences and internal workflows that make cross-border money movement feel simple, reliable, and transparent for customers, while giving internal teams the tools and controls they need to operate efficiently at scale.
Raise the bar on payment quality and completeness: Identify gaps across the payments lifecycle, from initiation through settlement and support resolution, and drive improvements in reliability, transparency, controls, and operational efficiency.
Your Superpowers
5+ years of product management experience, with deep hands-on ownership of payments, treasury, or other transaction-heavy B2B financial products.
Strong understanding of payment lifecycles, including initiation, routing, execution, settlement, refunds or reversals, and reconciliation.
Strong ability to translate complex backend capabilities into elegant, intuitive user experiences without losing the underlying operational and technical rigor.
Comfortable working on API-driven, event-driven, or ledger-based systems, and able to turn technical constraints into strong product decisions.
Able to reason clearly about asynchronous flows, failure handling, retries, operational exceptions, and user trust in money movement products.
Proven track record of owning a product domain end-to-end, from strategy and discovery through to delivery, iteration, and operational follow-through.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and finance in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and creating structure where none exists. You define the path, not just follow it.
Data-informed decision-maker who can identify the right KPIs and use them to drive prioritisation and outcomes.
Nice to Have
Experience with one or more payment domains such as payouts, acquiring, issuer processing, treasury flows, FX, or cross-border settlement.
Experience building products on top of bank, scheme, processor, or stablecoin infrastructure.
Familiarity with ledger-based systems, reconciliation workflows, and finance or operations tooling.
Experience in high-growth environments where speed and pragmatism matter as much as thoroughness.
Experience with stablecoin or crypto.
