The Role
As part of a rapidly growing Growth team, we at Reap are looking for a driven, resourceful, and curious Senior New Business & Partnerships to support our global sales and partnership efforts.
As a Senior New Business & Partnerships Manager, you will be generating new business opportunities, leading and developing sales opportunities with clients globally. From comprehending customer requirements to spearheading the growth of Reap’s client base and revenue you will be able to recognize client needs and accordingly provide our value proposition to the client. You will collaborate closely with all internal departments and have direct access to strategic and business decision makers. You will have exposure to global markets (APAC, LATAM, EMEA) and to Reap’s core product lines (Cards-as-a-Service, Payments, Connect). This is an opportunity to learn how modern fintech sales functions operate — from data-driven prospecting to enterprise outreach and market intelligence.
You Will
Drive revenue for Reap, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation all the way to client launch.
Understand the pain points and needs of a diverse client base and convey Reap’s multi-pronged value proposition to different stakeholders and decision makers.
Develop strategies to more effectively qualify leads and close high-quality opportunities
Grow client base and meet assigned KPIs while forecasting sales revenue accurately and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
Use CRM software to track and manage lead activities, update customer information, and report on lead generation and conversion metrics
Adequately represent Reap with a deep understanding of our APIs and product offering while bringing in new product innovation insights from key clients
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware and up to date with new products and competition status
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers for upsell opportunities
Work closely with Implementation Team, Relationship Management and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth handover and long-term client success.
Collaborate and drive cross-functional projects that contribute to a better client journey overall.
We Are Looking For Someone With
Minimum 4 years' of proven success in business development
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Familiarity with sales performance metrics
Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Strong process improvement, cross-functional alignment and follow up skills
Background in crypto/web3 would be a PLUS
Experience in selling SaaS or API products would be a PLUS
Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Comfortable working independently and proactively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Google Sheets, or HubSpot is an advantage.
Nice To Have
Experience with lead generation, sales operations, or startup internships.
Knowledge of crypto, digital assets, or blockchain-based financial products.
Passion for technology and a strong learning mindset.
