Product Manager, Cards
About Reap
Reap is a global financial technology company headquartered in Hong Kong with employees across multiple countries. We enable financial connectivity and access for businesses worldwide by combining traditional finance with stablecoins for efficient money movement.
Through our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin-enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross-border payments.
Backed by leading investors including Acorn Pacific, Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin-enabled finance.
Why Reap?
The Product Manager for Cards will own the strategy and day-to-day execution of Reap's card lifecycle and delivery experience — everything required to bring a physical or digital card from creation to the cardholder's hands and into their wallet. This role owns card creation, provisioning, wallet tokenisation, design, rewards, logistics, and the BIN management tooling that underpins card issuance. The role works cross-functionally with Engineering, Card Operations, CX, external card manufacturers, wallet providers (Apple Pay, Google Wallet), and scheme partners.
What You’ll Do
Card Lifecycle & Provisioning
Own the end-to-end card lifecycle — card creation, issuance, activation, freeze/unfreeze, replacement, and deletion — across virtual and physical cards
Partner closely with processors, schemes, and wallet service providers to enable manual and push provisioning, and continuously explore newer, better ways to provision
Define success metrics for your domains and use data to evaluate whether you're moving in the right direction
Physical Cards - Design & Logistics
Own the physical card experience — card design, card shipping, and status changes from shipped to delivered
Work closely with Card Operations and CX teams to understand client problems, prioritise the asks, and execute them
Build and maintain internal tooling for card design, shipping status, and card operations
BIN Management
Own the BIN management and BIN assignation tooling — ensuring cards are issued against the correct BINs per programme, scheme, and region
Partner with Card Operations and Implementation teams to define clear SOPs for BIN management and BIN assignment
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of product management experience in card issuing, payments, or a fintech product — ideally with direct exposure to the card lifecycle
End-to-end familiarity with the card issuance lifecycle - creation, provisioning, tokenisation, activation, and the physical fulfilment chain
Experience with digital wallet provisioning (Apple Pay, Google Wallet) — hands-on familiarity with issuer-side surfaces (Apple Partner Hub, Google Pay & Wallet Console) and the provisioning modes (manual, in-app push, web push)
Experience working with APIs end-to-end — able to read specs, evaluate integration designs, and write precise API-level requirements
Experience with physical card manufacturing, fulfilment and shipping is a plus
A structured, systems-thinking mindset — you see card creation, provisioning, design, and logistics as one delivery system, not separate steps
Strong written communication — your memos, specs, and strategic documents are clear, well-structured, and stand on their own
Technical Capabilities
Must-Have
Proficiency with card issuance APIs for the card-lifecycle surface
Experience with SQL to query and investigate card, provisioning, and delivery data
Ability to read and interpret API responses and webhooks for card-lifecycle debugging (not required to code, but technically literate)
Bonus
Exposure to wallet tokenisation certification (Apple Pay / Google Wallet, FIME lab)
Exposure to CaaS (Card-as-a-Service) programme management for B2B clients
Experience building or prototyping AI-assisted internal tooling
Desired Attributes
Independently driven — you identify what matters, form a view, and pursue it without waiting to be directed; you're a self-starter who holds themselves to a high bar
Operator mindset — you own outcomes (provisioning success, delivery experience, cost per card), not just tasks
Craft-oriented — you care about the physical and digital card experience as a premium product touchpoint
Detail-oriented under pressure — provisioning certification and logistics are precise and deadline-driven; you stay organised
Comfortable with ambiguity — Reap issues across multiple schemes, regions, and BINs; you build structure where there is none
Strong cross-functional communicator — you work fluidly with engineers, Card Ops, CX, and external manufacturers and wallet providers
AI-native, not AI-curious — you've moved past wondering what AI can do and are actively building your own workflows, prompts, and systems around it; you find people who aren't doing this a little baffling
Why You'll Love it Here
A high-impact role in a rapidly growing fintech company.
Flexible hybrid/remote work environment with a global, collaborative team.
Insurance coverage after probation.
